Construction since our founding in 1995, we, as a medium-sized company in China, is also the largest pellet production line manufacturer in China, taking pride in producing high-quality and custom products in the field of pellet machine and pellet plant construction. We have two major manufacturing bases.
The production area of hundreds of thousands of square meters is carefully divided into various sections, including goods receiving, production, acceptance hall, shipping, and storage. SZLH Series Feed Pellet Mill
Exclusively designed for livestock and aquafeed production, SZLH mills process corn, soybean meal, fish meal, alfalfa and more to manufacture feed for pigs, cattle, sheep, poultry, plus sinking and floating aquatic pellets. Fitted with multi-layer stainless steel conditioners for high-temperature gelatinization to boost feed digestibility, variable-frequency forced feeding prevents blockages. Interchangeable ring dies of varied sizes enable flexible pellet dimension adjustment. Anti-corrosion construction ensures low failure rates, widely deployed in feed mills and large-scale breeding operations globally.
MZLH Series Biomass Pellet Mill
Built for fuel pellet production from agroforestry waste including sawdust, shavings, straw and rice husks. Output pellets serve boiler heating, biomass power generation and export fuel trade. Gear-driven transmission and bin anti-bridging feeding enable natural lignin bonding with zero extra binders. Water-cooled main shafts support round-the-clock continuous operation; heat-treated heavy-duty ring dies deliver long wear life, producing high-density pellets meeting EU ENplus fuel specifications.
FZLH Series Organic Fertilizer Pellet Mill
Custom-engineered for high-moisture sticky raw materials such as livestock manure, mushroom dregs, kitchen waste and sludge to produce granular organic fertilizer. Optimized feeding structures eliminate sticking and clogging issues; integrated automatic circulating lubrication and water cooling systems reduce downtime for maintenance. Swappable ring dies allow small-batch production of feed and lightweight bedding pellets, ideal for fertilizer factories and large ranches undertaking manure resource recycling.

FAQs
Can one twin-screw extruder make aquatic feed, pet food and whole-grain products?
Yes. By replacing screw modules, production dies and adjusting temperature, moisture and speed parameters, one main extruder can switch among the three product types, saving your investment. Supporting auxiliary machines can be configured based on your main products.
Does the pet food line support high-meat kibble and special-shaped pellets?
Equipped with an inline fresh meat feeding system for high-meat recipes. Custom dies make bone, heart and other shaped pellets sized 3–12 mm. Zoned temperature control protects heat-sensitive nutrients for functional pet food, complying with EU food safety standards.
Are optional auxiliary devices available?
Yes. Optional equipment includes multi-layer drying & cooling units, vacuum oil coating systems, kibble crushers, automatic packaging and palletizing machines, for higher automation and production efficiency.
What is your warranty and overseas after-sales service?
1-year full machine warranty (excluding wearing parts), lifelong technical consultation and favorable spare parts supply. Our engineers will go overseas for installation, commissioning and operator training. We also offer 24-hour remote video technical support.
