Equipment Structure
Feeding & Auxiliary Material System
The feeding hopper is directly connected to the conveyor, suitable for powdery and granular raw materials. The matched atomizing spray system can evenly add liquid additives such as oil and molasses to meet complex formula requirements. A built-in magnetic iron removal device at the feeding port removes metal impurities to protect core components.
Mixing Chamber
Adopting a U-shaped horizontal mixing chamber or dual-shaft paddle structure, combined with spiral ribbon or paddle mixing components, it achieves rapid and uniform mixing through internal and external reverse convection movement. The core main shaft is equipped with imported SKF bearings, featuring high precision, wear resistance, impact resistance, stable operation and low noise, suitable for long-term continuous mixing operations.
Discharging System
Equipped with a bottom manual or pneumatic discharge door for fast and residue-free unloading. The discharge port can be directly connected to the conveyor for smooth connection. The mixing chamber has a smooth inner wall design to reduce material residue and facilitate cleaning.
Transmission & Electric Control System
Direct coupled drive by motor and reducer ensures high transmission efficiency, sufficient torque and low energy consumption. Equipped with a full-automatic PLC control system with a touchscreen interface, it can precisely adjust mixing time and rotating speed, and supports automatic start-stop and fault alarm for easy operation.
