Animal Manure Pellet Mill
Manufactured by RICHI, the MZLH series is a horizontal ring die biomass pellet mill specially designed for high crude fiber and low adhesion raw materials, including wood chips, crop straw and animal manure. With growing global environmental awareness, the animal manure pellet mill produces eco-friendly biomass pellets with higher calorific value than traditional coal. It is also widely applicable to livestock breeding and pet feeding industries.
According to different customer needs, RICHI designs different equipment models.
Manure Pellet Machine
Manure pelleting is one of the most mainstream applications of the MZLH series.

Animal Manure Pellet Production
Rich in crude fiber and low in viscosity, animal manure perfectly matches the structural characteristics of horizontal ring die biomass pellet mills. RICHI provides multiple models with hourly output ranging from 0.5t/h to 3.5t/h to meet diverse production demands.
The MZLH manure pellet machine converts chicken manure, cow dung, pig manure and other livestock waste into organic fertilizer or eco-friendly biomass fuel. The finished 3–6mm pellets feature moderate hardness and solid structure without loosening, making it an ideal solution for waste recycling. For manure processing, MZLH420 and MZLH520 are highly recommended.
Finished Pellet Diameter:4.0-12.0 mm

FAQs
Should you have any questions, RICHI will provide you with professional answers.
What is the actual output of MZLH420 and MZLH520 for fermented chicken and cow dung with 28% moisture?
Both models are professional pellet mills for organic fertilizer and manure processing. For fermented livestock manure with 25%–35% moisture:
MZLH420: Stable output of 6–8 t/h
MZLH520: Stable output of 9–12 t/h
Supported by forced feeding and high-torque gear transmission, they operate continuously and stably for high-organic and high-fiber manure materials.
As an EU farm with strict environmental standards, can these two models process massive manure and meet local emission regulations?
Yes. Pelleting reduces manure volume by more than 70% with zero leakage and odor diffusion. The fully enclosed structure is compatible with dust removal systems to meet EU dust and odor control standards. Finished pellets are easy to store, transport and apply on farmland, fully complying with EU manure resource utilization regulations.
Service life and replacement convenience of ring dies and press rollers under manure working conditions?
Ring dies and press rollers are made of 42CrMo alloy with carburizing heat treatment for enhanced wear resistance. Under normal fermented manure working conditions, their service life reaches 500–1000 hours. The hoop-type quick-install ring die allows fast replacement by ordinary workers. RICHI provides global original wearing parts supply with unified specifications and stable delivery cycles.
