Automatic Bagging and Sealing Machine
The RICHI DCS automatic packing machine accurately dispenses pellet and powder materials into packaging bags according to preset weights.
Packaged Finished Production
Sealing options include heat sealing, thread sealing and combined sealing. It completes automatic feeding, weighing, filling and conveying, efficiently handling packaging specifications from 10kg to 50kg per bag. With high weighing accuracy, it effectively reduces labor costs and material loss.

Equipment Structure
The automated packaging machine consists of three core modules: mechanical unit, pneumatic system and electrical control system. Coordinated operation realizes fully automatic packaging.
Mechanical Unit
Buffer Silo: Stores materials and stabilizes material flow to prevent bridging, clogging and ensure continuous packaging.
Feeding Device: Multiple feeding modes for different materials. Gravity feeding for pellets, screw feeding for powder, and belt feeding for mixed materials. Dual-speed fast/slow feeding balances speed and weighing precision.
Weighing Unit: Composed of weighing hoppers, support frames and high-precision load cells. It converts weight into electric signals and transmits data to the control system to guarantee accurate metering.
Conveying Device: Transports finished bags to subsequent procedures such as sewing and palletizing for continuous operation.
Pneumatic System
Composed of air cylinders and solenoid valves, the automatic packing machine drives feeding doors, discharge doors and bag clamps with sensitive response and stable movement.
The stable air pressure requirement is 0.4–0.6 MPa with air consumption of approximately 1.5 m³/h, fully adapting to automatic continuous operation.
Electrical Control System
Centered on PLC controller and touchscreen HMI, our automatic packaging machine supports direct setting of packaging weight, speed and other parameters. It real-time displays operating status, output statistics and fault alarms with simple operation.
Built-in self-diagnosis quickly locates faults and lowers maintenance difficulty. Reserved data interfaces can connect with MES and ERP systems to realize digital production management.

What materials can this packaging scale handle? Is it suitable for our production conditions?
The DCS series automatic packaging machine features strong versatility for pellets, powder and mixed materials, including feed pellets, biomass pellets, organic fertilizer, premix, grain, chemical powder and food ingredients.
It matches production lines of different scales, such as 1–72 TPH feed lines and 1–30 TPH biomass lines, covering livestock feed, aquatic feed, biomass fuel and chemical raw material packaging.
What is the difference between various models in capacity and power? How to select the right model?
Model selection depends on hourly output and material type:
DCS-50W: Granular materials, low output (2–3 bags/min)
DCS-50K: Granular materials, medium output (5–6 bags/min)
DCS-50F: Powder materials
DCS-50P: Mixed pellet and powder; DCS-50P×2 for high capacity
DCS-50FB: Stainless steel type for premix and high hygiene requirements
