What types of bales can this machine process? Is it suitable for high-density compacted square and round bales?
RICHI bale breakers feature strong adaptability and powerful breaking capacity. It efficiently handles high-density compressed square bales, round bales, hay bales, corn straw bales and forage bales.
The vertical alloy-tooth rotating structure directly loosens compacted materials without manual pre-cutting or unpacking, fully meeting front-end pre-treatment requirements for all whole-bale raw materials.
Will long straw and long fiber materials wrap around the main shaft?
No. The vertical disc structure and professional anti-windage guiding design only loosen and disperse bale materials. Long fibers will not wrap or lock the main shaft. It completely solves the common problems of shaft tangling, equipment jamming and frequent manual cleaning of traditional bale breakers, enabling stable long-term continuous operation.
Is the safety protection complete? Is daily operation safe?
Complete safety configurations include fully enclosed protective housing, transmission safety guards, quick-opening maintenance doors, emergency stop switches and overload anti-blockage protection.
Maintenance access is locked and only accessible after shutdown to prevent misoperation. Low noise and stable operation fully comply with workshop safety production standards.
