The widened heavy-duty feeding platform offers strong load-bearing capacity for direct placement of whole square bales and round bales. Reinforced guard plates prevent material splashing and keep the workshop clean and feeding smooth.

The curved bottom discharge bin features a smooth dead-angle-free inner wall for seamless discharging. It can be directly connected with belt conveyors, bag breakers and crushers to form a fully connected production line.

Heavy-duty motor reducer direct drive provides sufficient torque and stable transmission. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it supports automatic speed regulation, automatic start-stop, overload protection and full-line linkage operation.

The vertical rotating disc and multi-tooth tearing structure deliver powerful breaking force. It easily disintegrates compacted square bales, round hay bales and straw bales.

Combined with rotary shearing and tearing principles, it finishes one-step loosening without manual unpacking, fundamentally solving feeding tangling and frequent blockage.

Integrated blending components ensure continuous, even discharging without agglomeration. Built-in damping plates enhance material grabbing and breaking efficiency.

The main shaft adopts imported SKF bearings with low friction, high compression resistance, impact resistance and high temperature resistance. It supports long-term heavy-duty continuous operation, reducing vibration, noise, shaft wear and unexpected downtime.

High-hardness alloy breaking teeth feature outstanding tear resistance and long service life. The optimized disc and guiding structure completely avoids long fiber winding and shaft wrapping, ensuring non-stop continuous production.

Whole-bale direct feeding and fully automatic operation minimize manual labor. Only breaking teeth are regular wearing parts, which can be disassembled and replaced separately.

Daily maintenance is simple, including regular SKF bearing greasing and residual material cleaning. Thickened transmission chains extend service life and reduce long-term maintenance expenses.

Heavy thickened steel housing ensures structural strength and convenient movement. The gear external rotary cutting feeding design realizes dead-angle-free and high-efficiency processing.High-quality 65Mn quenched hammers provide high hardness, while tungsten carbide surfacing greatly enhances wear resistance. It stably processes bales and bulk straw with different lengths, diameters and moisture content.
