The YPPK series bale breaker is a heavy-duty front-end machine independently developed by RICHI for whole bale forage, straw and hay bales.
Debaled Bales Production
It efficiently disintegrates high-density compacted square bales and round bales to realize complete bale loosening, fluffy materials and uniform discharge.
Featuring uniform breaking effect and tangle-free operation, the machine runs stably with powerful performance on dense and tight bales. Fully automatic operation greatly cuts labor costs and improves overall production efficiency.

Equipment Structure
Feeding Platform
The widened heavy-duty feeding platform offers strong load-bearing capacity for direct placement of whole square bales and round bales. Reinforced guard plates prevent material splashing and keep the workshop clean and feeding smooth.
Breaking Disc
Materials are delivered to the vertical rotating breaking disc fitted with multiple sets of wear-resistant alloy breaking teeth. High-speed rotation realizes shearing, tearing and loosening for all types and densities of hay bales.
Material Guiding & Blending
Built-in blending blades evenly disperse and fluff broken materials, effectively preventing material accumulation, bridging and blocking.
Discharging Conveying
The curved bottom discharge bin features a smooth dead-angle-free inner wall for seamless discharging. It can be directly connected with belt conveyors, bag breakers and crushers to form a fully connected production line.
Transmission & Electric Control System
Heavy-duty motor reducer direct drive provides sufficient torque and stable transmission. Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it supports automatic speed regulation, automatic start-stop, overload protection and full-line linkage operation.

What types of bales can this machine process? Is it suitable for high-density compacted square and round bales?
RICHI bale breakers feature strong adaptability and powerful breaking capacity. It efficiently handles high-density compressed square bales, round bales, hay bales, corn straw bales and forage bales.
The vertical alloy-tooth rotating structure directly loosens compacted materials without manual pre-cutting or unpacking, fully meeting front-end pre-treatment requirements for all whole-bale raw materials.
Will long straw and long fiber materials wrap around the main shaft?
No. The vertical disc structure and professional anti-windage guiding design only loosen and disperse bale materials. Long fibers will not wrap or lock the main shaft. It completely solves the common problems of shaft tangling, equipment jamming and frequent manual cleaning of traditional bale breakers, enabling stable long-term continuous operation.
Is the safety protection complete? Is daily operation safe?
Complete safety configurations include fully enclosed protective housing, transmission safety guards, quick-opening maintenance doors, emergency stop switches and overload anti-blockage protection.
