Grass Pellet Machine
Engineered for fibrous and leafy raw materials, this pellet mill efficiently processes miscanthus, switchgrass and hay into qualified pellets. The finished products serve as dedicated biofuel, livestock bedding or feed additives, with standard pellet diameters ranging from 8 mm to 12 mm to fit diverse application demands.

Straw Pellet Machine
Constructed to withstand highly abrasive cereal straws, this biomass pellet mill efficiently processes wheat straw, rice straw and corn stalks. It produces high-strength pellets applicable for animal feed, biomass power generation plants and heating systems, with standard pellet diameters ranging from 4 mm to 10 mm.

What is the best moisture content of raw materials for biomass pellet making?
The optimal moisture range for most biomass raw materials is 12%–20%. If the moisture is too high, pellets will be loose and easy to crack; too dry will cause excessive machine wear and high power consumption. We support matching rotary drum dryers to adjust moisture automatically according to feedstock conditions.

Can one MZLH biomass pellet mill process multiple different raw materials such as wood chips, straw, rice husk and bagasse?
Yes. The MZLH series adopts thickened alloy ring die and forced feeding bin design, which can handle wood materials, agricultural straws, husks and fruit pomace in turn. Only replace ring dies and adjust pressure parameters for different materials. Continuous mixed feeding is not recommended to guarantee pellet quality.

How long is the service life of wearing parts like ring dies and pressing rollers? Can you deliver spare parts overseas?
Standard ring die service life is about 800–1200 working hours; thickened wear-resistant ring die for abrasive straw and husks can reach more than 1200 hours. RICHI has a global spare parts warehouse system, wear parts can be shipped internationally to most countries within 3–7 working days, and lifelong spare parts supply is guaranteed.

What can biomass pellets be used for exactly?
