This cattle feed pellet machine adopts a variable-frequency speed-regulated screw feeder and features an expanded, widened feeding inlet to effectively eliminate bridging and clogging during feeding. It delivers targeted optimization for dry grass, straw and other fluffy raw materials. The machine adjusts screw blade pitch based on material moisture and coarseness to autonomously regulate feeding speed, sustain consistent, stable material delivery, and avoid pellet forming fluctuations caused by uneven feed volume. This ensures a continuous and stable pelletizing process, especially suitable for difficult-to-press materials such as grass powder and straw with high fiber content and large fluctuations in moisture content.

Cattle pellet machines can be optionally equipped with a single or double-layer conditioner, with a stainless steel inner lining for the shell and wear-resistant stirring paddles inside. The high-temperature steam introduced can fully gelatinize and soften the raw materials, effectively kill harmful bacteria, and soften fibers, improving the palatability and digestibility of the feed. The conditioning time can be adjusted within the range of 30 to 120 seconds to adapt to different cattle feed formulas.

Symmetrically arranged double pressure rollers undergo quenching treatment for superior wear resistance, and feature an adjustable gap of 0.1mm to 0.3mm to deliver consistent material extrusion. The machine adopts high-precision hard-toothed gears, which boost transmission efficiency by 15-20% compared with belt-driven systems. These gears offer robust load capacity and effectively reduce material clogging risks.

Core components such as the ring die, press roller, and gears have long service lives, reducing maintenance costs in the long run.
