Variable Frequency Feeding System
The hopper is equipped with an arch‑breaking device to prevent chicken manure from caking and bridging. The variable‑speed screw adjusts feeding rate according to material properties, delivering sticky manure steadily into the machine and reducing block‑related shutdowns.
Forced Feeding Mechanism
Chicken manure has poor flowability due to high viscosity. This component actively pushes material into the pelleting chamber to maintain stable extrusion pressure and avoid uneven feeding or material slipping.
Anti‑corrosion Pelleting Assembly
Ring die and rollers adopt special anti‑corrosion and wear‑resistant treatment against corrosive organic manure. Pellet size can be changed by replacing ring dies with different bore sizes. The externally adjustable cutter controls finished pellet length.
Heavy‑duty Drive Unit
High‑power motor, heavy‑load bearings and reinforced shock‑absorbing base. Designed for the high load of manure pelleting, it supports long‑time continuous operation and lowers machine vibration.
Safety Protection Assembly
Built‑in overload protection. If hard impurities such as stones enter the chamber, the machine triggers automatic shutdown to protect costly wear parts like ring die and rollers.

Raw‑material Pretreatment & Aerobic Fermentation
Mix fresh chicken manure with straw, rice husk to adjust carbon‑nitrogen ratio and moisture. Solid‑liquid separator is optional for over‑wet manure. Add microbial agents, then adopt compost turner for high‑temperature aerobic fermentation. Pathogens and parasite eggs are eliminated during composting and curing to obtain well‑decomposed chicken manure.
Crushing & Batching‑mixing
Crush caked compost with semi‑wet material crusher. Add NPK nutrients or beneficial bacteria as required. Mix thoroughly to reach proper moisture for pelleting.
Pelleting

Can I use fresh chicken manure directly for pelleting? What are the material requirements?
Fresh wet chicken manure cannot be fed directly. This chicken manure pellet machine is designed for aerobically composted chicken manure with recommended moisture of 25‑35%. Fresh manure needs solid‑liquid separation and mixing with straw or rice husk to adjust moisture and carbon‑nitrogen ratio before composting. Otherwise, frequent blockage, poor pellet formation and high fines will occur.
Can I use a general‑purpose feed pellet mill instead of chicken manure pellet machine?
Not recommended. Chicken manure is corrosive and highly sticky. The dedicated manure pellet mill adopts anti‑corrosion wear‑resistant ring die & rollers plus arch‑breaking forced feeding system. Ordinary feed pellet mill suffers fast corrosion & heavy blockage when processing manure materials, leading to high failure rates.
What is the service life of wearing parts? Is replacement complicated?
Ring die and rollers are key wearing parts. Service life depends on impurity content, moisture and raw‑material formula. Anti‑corrosion special parts achieve longer service life than standard ones. Quick‑release structure enables fast replacement of ring die and rollers for different pellet sizes; chamber cleaning and daily maintenance are convenient.
How to handle environmental issues during chicken‑manure fertilizer production?
Dust and odour will be generated in production. Complete lines can be equipped with dust collection and bio‑deodorization systems to meet local emission standards. Small simplified lines can choose simple dust‑removal units.
