Can I visit your factory or existing production sites?
Yes. You can visit our manufacturing workshop to check equipment assembly and testing. We can also arrange visits to local operational aquatic feed, pet food and whole-grain production lines to see real running performance and finished product quality.
What is the service life of wearing parts like screws and barrels?
Core wear-resistant parts are made of high-alloy material, with a service life over 8000 working hours under normal continuous operation. We supply a set of common spare parts together with the shipment and offer lifelong favorable prices for original spare parts.
Can the aquatic feed line produce floating, sinking and slow-sinking pellets? How long do pellets resist water?
Yes, different feed types can be produced by adjusting process parameters. Fully gelatinized pellets can stay intact in water for more than 12 hours. High-temperature sterilization supports high-protein formulas from 30% to 45%.
What raw materials and finished products are available for the whole-grain line?
It processes corn, wheat, oats, beans and mixed grains, allowing addition of vegetable, fruit or protein powder. Typical products include instant cereal flakes, puffed grain rice, meal replacement pellets and extruded soybean feed materials. All material-contact parts are 304 food-grade stainless steel.
What free pre-sales services can I get?
We provide factory layout design, process planning, formula technical guidance, capacity calculation, customized equipment solutions and project quotation, plus factory visit arrangement.
What is your warranty and overseas after-sales service?
1-year full machine warranty (excluding wearing parts), lifelong technical consultation and favorable spare parts supply. Our engineers will go overseas for installation, commissioning and operator training. We also offer 24-hour remote video technical support.
