Our pellet cooling machine cools, dehumidifies and shapes high-temperature, high-moisture pellets discharged directly from pellet mills, ensuring qualified final products.

Adopting the counter-current heat exchange principle, cold air flows upward while hot pellets move downward for full reverse contact. It delivers uniform cooling and thorough dehydration, preventing caking, mildew and cracking. It effectively improves pellet hardness and storage stability.

Perfectly compatible with ring die pellet mills, feed mixers, screening machines and other auxiliary equipment, it forms a fully automated production process: Pelleting — Cooling — Screening — Finished Storage. It is widely used for feed pellets, biomass pellets and forage pellets.

A top uniform distributor steadily receives hot pellets from the pellet mill and disperses materials evenly to avoid accumulation and uneven feeding.

The fully enclosed cooling chamber adopts a layered flow guide structure. Inside the chamber, cold air and hot pellets conduct full reverse convection heat exchange with a large contact area for sufficient and balanced cooling.

Equipped with negative-pressure air ducts and heat-dissipating fans to force counter-flow ventilation and heat dissipation. The built-in filter structure reduces dust entrainment and keeps final pellets clean.

Different from traditional concurrent cooling that only cools the surface, the counter-flow design realizes overall synchronous cooling and balanced dehydration both inside and outside pellets. Residual heat and moisture are fully removed to avoid softening, deformation, caking and mildew.

Our horizontal pellet cooler greatly enhances pellet hardness, surface finish and long-term storage performance. The fully sealed chamber and negative-pressure air duct ensure efficient heat discharge, high hot air utilization and low energy consumption.

The internal structural design enables materials to fall gently without high-speed impact or forced extrusion. Flexible low-damage cooling keeps pellets intact, minimizing breakage and loss. Finished pellets feature full appearance and stable structural strength.

Full PLC intelligent control precisely matches the output of upstream pellet mills. It automatically links feeding, discharging, fan air volume and cooling cycle duration without manual adjustment. It balances the overall production rhythm and integrates seamlessly into automated workshops.

Uniform and adjustable output size ranges from 50mm to 150mm. As the ideal front coarse shredding equipment for MZLH pellet lines, it effectively reduces downstream crusher load, improves overall output, stability and pellet quality, and lowers blockage, wear and energy consumption.

Smooth, dead-angle-free inner walls ensure thorough discharging with minimal material residue. The simple pneumatic discharge structure is easy to inspect and clean. Daily maintenance only includes regular bearing lubrication and duct cleaning.

The fully sealed dustproof structure connects with centralized dust removal interfaces to capture fine dust generated during cooling. Zero dust leakage fully meets workshop environmental protection standards.

It effectively prevents residual materials from deteriorating and contaminating subsequent batches, making it ideal for mixed production of multiple pellet types and formulas.
