Main Structure
RICHI extruder machines for sale consist of several core functional systems.

Function: Delivers steady, uniform feed flow to prevent bridging or sticking from high-moisture, high-fat or high-fiber raw materials. Feeding speed links automatically to main engine load, adapting to aqua meat mash, pet food and grain mixes of varying fluidity. Vertical gear reducer drives the arch-breaking mechanism for uninterrupted discharge.

Function: Hot steam preheats and moisturizes raw materials for initial starch gelatinization and sterilization. Fish oil can be pre-blended for aqua feed, meat slurry evenly mixed for pet food. Mild humidification reduces screw wear for grain production; precise temperature control guarantees uniform extrusion expansion later.
Pre-Cooking System

Function: High shear and thermal pressure fully cook materials. Low-temperature short-duration extrusion for whole grains locks in dietary fiber. Shear force and expansion rate are finely adjustable. Die hole sizes range φ0.6–20mm to fit nearly all pellet dimensions.
Main Extrusion Host System
Components: Movable cutter base, spring steel blades, independent frequency-controlled cutting motor, forming die plate
Function: Blades fit tightly against the die head for burr-free pellets. Variable cutting speed accurately controls pellet length. Turbulent discharge delivers smooth, plump finished pellets. Quick die changes produce round feed, shaped dental pet treats, micro fry starter feed or large livestock grain supplements for multi-scenario output.

Aquatic Feed Extrusion Production Line
Application
This line produces floating, sinking and slow-sinking extruded feeds for freshwater fish, marine fish, shrimp, crabs, soft-shell turtles and ornamental fish. The finished pellet size ranges from 0.6 mm to 12 mm to fit fry and mature aquatic species. Our projects are widely deployed across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America.
Process Flow
Raw material receiving → crushing → automatic batching & mixing → conditioning → twin-screw extrusion & puffing → high-temperature drying → oil coating with grease, vitamins and attractants → cooling & screening → automatic packaging & warehousing.
