Small and Medium-sized Commercial Feed Mills
With an hourly output of 3 to 4 tons, the daily capacity of the SZLH320 ranges from 24 to 40 tons. It is well-suited for feed production lines with a standard output of 1–2 tons/h or 3–5 tons/h. Capable of processing compound feed, concentrated feed and pellet feed efficiently, it ensures stable and mass production.
Large-scale Breeding Farms
For large-scale farms, purchasing commercial feed requires substantial costs. The SZLH320 feed granulator allows easy on-site feed processing. Crushing
Screened raw materials are ground into qualified particle size via water drop hammer mills, vertical grinders and small crushing equipment.
Mixing
Crushed materials are fully blended with multi-type mixers (single-shaft double-layer blade mixers, twin-shaft blade mixers, etc.) per production requirements.
Pelleting
Raw materials are conveyed by variable-frequency feeders to conditioners for steam humidification and maturation, then pressed into pellets in the pelleting chamber.
Cooling
Fresh pellets are hot and soft; a counterflow cooler reduces their temperature and hardness increases for safe storage.
Screening
Fines and unqualified pellets are separated and returned for re-processing, ensuring consistent quality.
Packing
Finished pellets are weighed and packed using automatic packing machines for storage or sale.
