Ruminant Feed Pellet Machine
Ruminant feed formulas feature an extremely high fiber content. Their raw materials are fluffy and bulky, prone to material blockages, yet crude fiber structures must not be excessively damaged during production. Our custom feed pellet mill is fitted with a forced feeder and anti-bridging silo for fast, steady feeding. The optimized compression ratio compresses materials appropriately without ruining the physical structure of fibers, safeguarding the rumen function of ruminants.
Poultry Feed Pellet Machine
Poultry features a short digestive tract and fast metabolism, requiring precise phased nutrition. Their feed pellets are generally small in particle size, which demand tight forming, low dust content and thorough sterilization.Tailored for this demand, our equipment can be fitted with a double-layer conditioner to fully gelatinize starch and eliminate harmful bacteria. Aqua Feed Pellet Machine
A core requirement for aquafeed is excellent water stability: it will not pollute water even after long-term soaking, which demands rigorous sterilization and cooking processes. Livestock Feed Pellet Machine
Livestock feed typified by pig feed requires fine grinding to facilitate digestion and absorption in monogastric animals. Molasses, oil and other liquid ingredients are often added into formulas, so the equipment must support liquid addition processes. Our feed pellet machines reserve injection ports for oil and molasses right at the conditioning stage. Equipped with powerful driving torque, the main unit firmly compresses finely ground concentrated feed into dense pellets.

Customizable Feed Granulation Machine Production Line
RICHI offers customers a comprehensive range of machine systems for selection.
Prior to entering the feed pellet mill, all raw materials need to be stripped of metal scraps, stones and other debris that could damage follow-up equipment. This system keeps your production equipment well protected by feeding only pure and safe raw materials into the production line.
Raw Material Cleaning System
Different livestock need feed of distinct granularity: fine particles for poultry, coarser grains for cattle, and ultra-fine powder for aquatic feeds. This grinding system processes raw materials down to the ideal fineness, enabling even blending and smooth pelleting.
Raw Material Grinding System
The pellet mill compresses feed mixtures directly, so unevenly blended raw materials will result in inconsistent pellets. This batching system precisely weighs all components and mixes them fully before the material enters the pelleting process.
Batching & Mixing System
Some formulations require moisture adjustment before or after pelleting. This system removes excess moisture to prevent spoilage and ensure stable, long-lasting finished products.
Drying System
Freshly extruded pellets are hot and soft. The cooling process hardens the pellets for convenient storage, avoids deterioration, and locks in their shape and structural strength throughout subsequent handling and transportation.
Pellet Cooling System
Certain nutrients and additives including grease, oil, enzymes and molasses are best added post-pelleting, so their efficacy can be retained and feed palatability improved.
This system sprays liquid additives in exact dosages onto finished pellets for even coating, while avoiding excessive liquid that would compromise pellet integrity.

How long is the service life of ring die and wearing parts? Can you supply spare parts globally?
Standard ring die normal service life is 800–1200 working hours. Thickened wear-resistant ring die for high-fiber ruminant feed can reach over 1200 hours. RICHI maintains a global spare parts warehouse system. Wear parts such as ring dies, rollers, hammer blades can be delivered by international express within 3–7 working days to most countries, and lifelong spare parts supply is guaranteed.
Does your machine support on-site installation and overseas after-sales service?
We provide door-to-door overseas installation, commissioning and operator training services for all complete production line projects. For single small machines, detailed English operation manuals and remote video guidance are available. What is the minimum factory space required for a 1~1.5 T/H SZLH250 small production line?
The whole set of mini production line occupies an area of roughly 15–25 square meters, with height requirement above 3 meters for elevator installation. If only purchasing the single pellet mill without auxiliary machines, the floor space is less than 6 square meters, which is friendly for family farms and small breeding households.
What is the power saving advantage of SZLH768 direct drive model compared with traditional pellet mills?
Traditional pellet mills adopt reduction box transmission, while SZLH768 cancels the intermediate reducer structure and uses direct drive connection. Comprehensive power consumption can be reduced by about 10% under the same T/H output, more suitable for long-term 24-hour continuous industrial production and lowering long-term electricity cost.
