Optional single-, double-, or triple-layer stainless steel conditioner allows for thorough raw material conditioning using high-temperature steam, achieving a starch gelatinization degree of ≥90% and improving digestibility and absorption of finished pellets. With the double-layer conditioner option, raw material conditioning becomes more uniform, resulting in improved feed buoyancy stability.

SZLH Series Feed Pellet Mill

The core components are special wear-resistant alloy steel screws and barrels, which undergo heat treatment to enhance durability and extend service life. The screw is divided into three sections—feeding, compression, and extrusion—enabling gradual pressure and temperature increase (120–180°C) for optimal raw material expansion. The die head can be quickly replaced to accommodate different pellet sizes.

Productive Process of Extruded Pellet

High Buoyancy

High Degree of Gelatinization

High Efficiency and Intelligence

High Wear Resistance

The fish feed extruder machine features a unique high-pressure extrusion mold system that ensures consistent feed output and quality, along with an electric heating unit to enhance feed expansion rate. Feed pellets processed by RICHI’s extruder can float in water for over 12 hours without disintegrating or sinking, reducing waste by 8%–15%, protecting water quality while enabling easy feeding observation.

Pellets processed under high temperature and pressure by RICHI’s fish feed pellet extruder effectively eliminate E. coli and Salmonella, ensuring feed hygiene and safety. With starch fully gelatinized and proteins denatured, the process removes most toxins and anti-nutritional factors such as trypsin inhibitors and urease from raw materials. This improves fish digestion and absorption rates by over 20%, significantly promoting growth performance.

Equipped with frequency conversion speed control and PLC automation, the floating fish feed extruder machine achieves high production automation with minimal labor requirements. It covers a wide capacity range from 0.15 to 12 tons per hour and supports continuous 24-hour operation with low failure rates. The die plate replacement is simple—just switch to the desired hole size to produce floating, sinking, shrimp, or pet feed. Compatible with diverse raw materials (fishmeal, soybean meal, corn, rice bran, etc.), it allows flexible formula adjustments and multi-functional use, offering high efficiency.

The screw and barrel are made of special high-wear-resistant alloy steel, providing 2–3 times longer service life than standard materials. The fish feed extruder features a full stainless steel structure for rust and corrosion resistance, ensuring easy cleaning and low maintenance costs. With an innovative, compact design, the machine is simple in structure, easy to assemble, disassemble, and maintain, offering user-friendly operation.
