Fuel pellets made by the fuel pellet mill feature:

  • High density and good durability: Dense pellets with low fines and minimal loss during storage and transportation.
  • Stable combustion performance: Consistent calorific value and controllable ash content, suitable for boiler combustion and biomass power generation.
  • Binder-free forming: Bonding depends on endogenous lignin activated by friction heat during extrusion. No chemical adhesives are added, qualifying it as clean biomass fuel.

Equipped with a stainless steel feeding bin and variable-speed screw feeder, it automatically adjusts feeding volume according to raw material characteristics and production capacity to avoid blockage. A built-in magnetic separator removes metal impurities, protecting core ring die and roller components and reducing equipment failures.

This unit is optional and selectively configured according to raw material conditions. It is necessary for processing low-density, high-fiber, and hard-forming materials such as crop straw, rice husk, and palm EFB, as well as raw materials with unstable moisture content, while can be omitted for high-density, low-impurity wood sawdust and wood shavings with stable moisture.

The core molding unit adopts high-strength wear-resistant alloy ring die and thickened rollers, with customized compression ratios for wood, straw, shell and other biomass materials. Equipped with a quick-release structure, it enables fast die replacement and routine maintenance, minimizing downtime during formula switching.
