Crushed Grass Pellet Production

Developed independently by RICHI, the grass crusher adopts a core hammer mill structure to efficiently process all kinds of forage and straw. It delivers uniform particle size with adjustable fineness.

It can be perfectly matched with RICHI MZLH pellet mills and SSJ shredders. With outstanding durability, energy saving and simple operation, it is widely used in animal husbandry, feed production and biomass recycling industries.

Equipped with an inclined widened feeding inlet with optional axial / tangential feeding modes. Built-in guide plates and anti-rebound baffles ensure safe feeding.

The variable-frequency impeller feeder guarantees rated working efficiency. Removable curved material baffles prevent winding and bring continuous raw materials into the crushing chamber.

The fully enclosed, high-strength enlarged chamber is lined with wear-resistant plates for long service life.

The heavy-duty solid main shaft fitted with SKF bearings and precision rotor disc are equipped with scientifically arranged wear-resistant alloy hammers.

The rotor undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing, ensuring low vibration and stable high-speed operation in line with RICHI high-standard core component manufacturing.

Driven by dual variable-frequency motors with independent power supply and separate operation. Excellent heat dissipation and stable performance effectively reduce failure rates during frequent speed adjustment.
