Wide and thickened 304 stainless steel silo with smooth inner walls to avoid material adhesion and blockages. The variable-frequency screw feeder features stepless speed regulation, automatically adjusting feeding speed based on raw fiber content and target output. Built-in overload protection and material shortage alarms prevent jams when processing hay or sticky molasses feed. A top-mounted strong magnetic iron remover traps metal debris to safeguard ring dies and rollers and cut spare part wear.

Single/double/triple-layer 304 stainless steel conditioners are optional. Spiral paddles fully blend raw materials with high-temperature steam at 60–95℃ with a temperature control error of only ±2℃. Triple-layer conditioners extend material cooking time, ideal for straw and wet fermented forage. They fully gelatinize starch, eliminate harmful bacteria and soften crude fiber for better pelleting. Matched pressure-stabilizing drain valves maintain steady steam without diluting feed nutrients.

  • Transmission: Hardened helical gear reducer saves power and reduces vibration compared with traditional belt drives. It avoids frequent belt replacement and boasts longer maintenance intervals.
  • Forming: Wear-resistant alloy steel ring dies and thickened pressure rollers with interchangeable 2–12mm die holes. Rollers come with continuous lubrication cooling circuits; quick-release ring die design allows single-operator die change to shorten downtime for formula switching.
  • Cutting: External adjustable high-speed cutters freely control pellet length, delivering neat finished pellets with minimal fines and no need for secondary screening.

  • IP54 high-efficiency energy-saving motors adapt to humid workshops and simple open-air plants. Independent explosion-proof electric cabinets integrate frequency converters, temperature sensors, overload protection and emergency stop functions.
  • Multiple safety interlocks trigger automatic shutdown and alarms for overheating, blockages, open silo doors and material shortages. The waterproof and dustproof control cabinet runs stably in humid southern workshops and rainy overseas production sites.

Thickened steel base with rubber shock pads lowers operating noise and prevents frame deformation during long-duration continuous production. Hardened gear direct drive delivers 93% transmission efficiency. Under identical motor power, its actual output is 15%–20% higher than ordinary belt-type pellet mills, with capacity rising by 40%–50% when processing high-fiber forage for cattle and sheep. The overall power consumption per ton of feed is controlled within 35 kWh, greatly cutting electricity expenses for large-scale continuous production.

Ring dies with different apertures are interchangeable, compatible with complete pig feed, poultry feed, high-fiber forage for cattle and sheep, alfalfa pellets, fermented silage, bagasse, cottonseed meal, sticky high-molasses feed and other varieties. Multi-layer conditioner models specifically resolve die blockage and loose, fragile pellets brought by high-fiber, high-moisture fermented materials. One production line in feed mills can manufacture livestock and ruminant feed simultaneously to lower equipment investment.

Ring dies and rollers are forged from special wear-resistant alloy steel with matched heat treatment, much more durable than ordinary carbon steel parts. The gear reducer is designed for a service life over 15 years and only needs regular lubrication. The quick-disassembly structure requires no large professional tools; one worker can finish replacing ring dies and rollers within half an hour to minimize downtime losses.

High-temperature conditioning realizes full curing and sterilization and raises starch gelatinization degree for higher digestibility by livestock and poultry. Less feed intake is required to achieve the same weight gain effect. High heat eliminates pathogenic bacteria in raw materials. Compact pellets resist moisture and mold, cutting feed spoilage loss by over 30% in humid areas. Low dust reduces feeding waste, slashing total breeding costs by more than 15%.

The speeds of feeding, conditioning and pelleting are automatically linked and adjusted, requiring no full-time on-site attendant. Multiple protection functions trigger automatic shutdown and alarms against stalling, overheating and metal foreign matter intrusion to prevent motor burnout and die cracking. Complete production lines can connect to central control systems for remote parameter viewing; small standalone machines only need one worker to assist with feeding and bagging.
