Pellet Crumbler Machine
RICHI SSLG pellet crumbler serves as dedicated auxiliary equipment for chick, piglet and juvenile aquatic feed processing. Compact, user-friendly and with high crushing efficiency and finished product rate, it fits perfectly for small & medium feed factories, large automated feed lines and farm self-built feed workshops.
According to different customer needs, RICHI designs different equipment models.
Pellet Crumbler
The crumbler machine processes crushed raw materials on conventional livestock and poultry feed production lines. Featuring a compact structure and simple operation, it achieves a high crumbling ratio with a finished product yield up to 70%.

Crumbled Pellet Products
Compared with direct pelleting using small ring dies, the SSLG series Pellet Crumbler delivers higher output, lower energy consumption and better overall production economy. It ensures uniform particle size and meets full-cycle production needs for livestock, poultry and aquatic feed.
Customizable in two-roller and three-roller structures, it supports free switching between crushing mode and bypass straight-through mode. Large pellets (3–6mm) produced by pellet mills are crushed through roller extrusion and shearing into fine feed for young animals.
Standard tooth rollers produce 1.5–2.5mm particles, while fine-tooth rollers reach 0.6–1.5mm, fully meeting refined feeding requirements.
Finished Pellet Diameter:0.3-1.2 mm

FAQs
Should you have any questions, RICHI will provide you with professional answers.
Is the finished particle size precisely controllable? How to adjust it?
Yes. Equipped with a handwheel precision gap adjustment mechanism, the roller spacing can be finely adjusted to lock the target particle size. Standard tooth rollers produce 1.0–2.5mm particles, and customized fine-tooth rollers achieve 0.6–1.5mm, fully covering all fine feed specifications for young animals.
Will mixed metal foreign objects damage the machine?
No. The built-in spring adaptive buffer protection structure automatically opens the roller gap to discharge hard impurities and metal objects. It effectively protects the crushing rollers, reduces failure rates and lowers long-term maintenance costs.
Is installation complicated? Does it require professional technicians?
The machine features a compact structure and simple installation. It can be directly connected to the counter-flow cooler for easy line integration and retrofitting. Professional commissioning is recommended to ensure stable linkage with the whole production line. Complete installation drawings and technical support are available from RICHI upon request.
