Compared with direct pelleting using small ring dies, the SSLG series Pellet Crumbler delivers higher output, lower energy consumption and better overall production economy. It ensures uniform particle size and meets full-cycle production needs for livestock, poultry and aquatic feed.

Customizable in two-roller and three-roller structures, it supports free switching between crushing mode and bypass straight-through mode. Large pellets (3–6mm) produced by pellet mills are crushed through roller extrusion and shearing into fine feed for young animals.

Standard tooth rollers produce 1.5–2.5mm particles, while fine-tooth rollers reach 0.6–1.5mm, fully meeting refined feeding requirements.

Equipped with an inclined widened feeding inlet with optional axial / tangential feeding modes. Built-in guide plates and anti-rebound baffles ensure safe feeding.

Differential-speed roller shearing delivers neat crushed particles with minimal powder content. Custom standard teeth (1.0–2.5mm) and fine teeth (0.6–1.5mm) fully meet the feeding needs of chicks, fish fry and young livestock.

Replacing small ring die direct pelleting, the crumbler greatly reduces unit power consumption while increasing output. It effectively cuts production costs and is ideal for large-scale feed factory mass production.

The pellet crumbler machine can be directly connected to the discharge port of counter-flow coolers to shorten the overall production process. With a small footprint, it is easy to install and retrofit for both new and existing production lines.

Heavy-duty high-chromium alloy cast rollers feature excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. Roller surfaces can be repaired and reused multiple times. Narrow V-belt drive ensures smooth operation, low vibration and low noise.

Optimized shaft end sealing keeps dust out and prolongs bearing life.
