Supporting Production Line

Suitable for all pellet raw materials, this section removes impurities and regularizes material status, effectively protecting subsequent grinding and pelleting equipment to avoid blockage, abrasion and unexpected shutdowns.
Supporting Equipment: Feeding and dust removal device, pre-cleaning sieve, permanent magnetic iron remover, conveying equipment
Application: Remove stones and iron debris from feed materials; clean sundries from wood chips and straw; eliminate hard impurities from chicken manure raw materials.
Raw Material Pre-treatment
As the basic procedure for pellet forming, this process crushes uneven raw materials into standard fine particle size, ensuring well-formed pellets, less dust and high finished product hardness. Different crushing machines are matched to guarantee qualified fineness for various materials.
Supporting Equipment: Water-drop hammer mill, multi-functional hammer mill, special wood crusher, semi-wet material crusher
Application: Crushing grain and soybean meal for feed; ultra-fine grinding of wood chips and straw for biomass; crushing lumpy fermented chicken manure for organic fertilizer.
Crushing
Main materials, auxiliary materials and functional additives are proportioned accurately according to formulas. Powerful stirring ensures uniform composition and balanced moisture of materials, greatly improving pelleting stability and consistent finished quality.
Supporting Equipment: Automatic batching system, twin-shaft high-efficiency mixer, liquid adding system (grease / water agent)
Application: Nutrient mixing for animal feed; auxiliary material blending for biomass production; nutrient and bacterial agent mixing for organic fertilizer.
Mixing
As the core host of the whole production line, different customized ring-die pellet mills can be replaced flexibly to produce feed, biomass and organic fertilizer pellets, with all front and rear sections universally applicable and high equipment reuse rate. Pellets are formed by high-pressure extrusion without chemical binders, featuring dense structure and high stability. For high-end production, an optional post-curing device provides secondary constant temperature and moisture treatment, further enhancing pellet hardness and water resistance, reducing powdering and moisture reversion, ideal for high-grade aquatic feed and premium organic fertilizer.
Pelleting
High-temperature soft pellets after extrusion are dried to adjust moisture content and then cooled rapidly for final shaping, improving pellet hardness and preventing mildew, cracking and deformation during storage. Qualified pellets, broken pellets and dust are precisely separated by grading screens. Unqualified materials are automatically recycled for re-pelletizing, increasing finished product rate, reducing material loss and ensuring uniform pellet specifications.

Cooling＆Screening
Qualified finished pellets are automatically weighed, bagged, sewn and stored, realizing full-automatic production and standardized delivery while saving labor costs.

Packing
For high-value pellet products, functional substances are sprayed on pellet surfaces to protect heat-sensitive nutrients and improve product added value.

Animal Feed Production Line
Capacity: 0.5–40 tons per hour
Application: Designed for manufacturing compound pellet feed for poultry, livestock, and farm animals, including chickens, ducks, pigs, cattle, sheep, and rabbits. It is widely used in commercial feed factories, large-scale farms, and agricultural cooperatives. The finished pellet size ranges from 2 mm to 12 mm, suitable for different growth stages of animals.
Main Equipment: Raw material silo, hammer mill, automatic batching system, feed mixer, conditioner, SZLH ring die feed pellet mill, pellet cooler, crusher, rotary sieve, dust removal system, and automatic packing machine.
Biomass Pellet Production Line
Capacity: 0.2–8 tons per hour (support multi-line expansion)
Application: Converts agricultural and forestry waste such as wood chips, rice husks, straw, bamboo scraps, and crop residues into high-density biomass fuel pellets. The final pellets are widely used for industrial boiler fuel, power plant energy supply, and civilian heating.
Main Equipment: Wood crusher, wood chipper, rotary dryer, MZLH biomass pellet mill, pellet cooler, vibrating sieve, dust collector, conveyor system, and automatic packaging machine.
Organic Fertilizer Production Line
Capacity: 1–20 tons per hour
Application: Processes fermented livestock manure, crop straw, sludge, mushroom residue, and other organic waste into uniform organic fertilizer pellets. Ideal for fertilizer factories and large livestock farms to realize waste recycling. The finished fertilizer is suitable for farmland, fruit trees, and vegetable planting.
Main Equipment: Compost turner, fertilizer crusher, horizontal mixer, FZLH organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooling machine, grading sieve, coating machine, and quantitative packing equipment.
Aqua Feed Production Line
Capacity: 0.3–12 tons per hour
Application: Produces floating, sinking, and slow-sinking aquatic feed for fish, shrimp, crab, and other aquatic products. It can produce micro-particle fry feed and adult fish feed with a particle size of 0.5–12 mm. The extruded feed features strong water resistance and high nutrition, suitable for professional aquatic feed factories and large aquaculture bases.
