Equipped with screw forced conveying structure customized for lightweight, fluffy rice husks. It effectively prevents material bridging, hanging and blockage inside the bin, ensuring uniform and uninterrupted feeding for steady continuous production.

Core pressing components use thickened 42CrMo alloy steel to withstand severe abrasion from high silica content in rice husks. Ring dies with apertures ranging from 4mm to 12mm are interchangeable to produce pellets of different sizes, significantly extending the service life of wearing parts.

  • Model: MZLH350, capacity 0.3–0.5 t/h, pellet diameter 6mm. The pellets are mainly used as boiler fuel for local rice mills.
  • It can produce 2.5–4 tons of finished pellets per 8-hour shift, and surplus products are exported to Thailand and Vietnam. Only a workshop of around 300 square meters is required for equipment layout.
