Shredder Machine
It coarsely shreds and downsizes wood scraps, straw, waste timber, palm fiber, bark, waste plastic, rubber and industrial residues.
Coarse Crushed Production
The SSJ industrial shredder eases the burden on downstream crushers, boosts overall line throughput and stability, and lessens material jamming and component wear.
When paired with MZLH pellet mills, it forms a full workflow: shredding → fine crushing → pelleting → cooling → screening, significantly lifting the whole raw material processing capacity.
Built with a heavy-duty horizontal twin-shaft shearing structure and modular high-strength construction, this versatile unit runs steadily and continuously for long periods under tough, complicated working environments.

Equipment Structure
Heavy-Duty Frame
The frame is fully welded with thick steel plates and treated by stress-relief annealing for high overall rigidity and anti-deformation performance. The fully enclosed heavy housing provides excellent impact resistance and prevents material splashing. The integrated base structure reduces vibration and ensures stable operation.
Twin Shaft Cutter Roller Assembly
As the core working component, the twin counter-rotating shafts are forged from high-strength alloy steel with quenching and tempering treatment. The staggered cutter teeth realize combined crushing effects of shearing, tearing and extruding.
The assembled cutter blades are made of special wear-resistant alloy steel with quenching and precision machining to guarantee sharp cutting performance. Fixed by wedges or bolts, blades can be disassembled and replaced quickly.
Drive System
Driven by dual independent motors and heavy-duty hard-tooth reducers, the heavy duty shredder features strong power output, high torque and high transmission efficiency. Low rotating speed ensures low noise and minimal dust emission during operation.
Hydraulic System & Overload Protection
Equipped with a hydraulic station and hydraulic overload protection device. When encountering uncrushable hard objects such as iron blocks and stones, the industrial waste shredder automatically reverses and discharges materials to protect cutter shafts, blades and reducers from severe damage.
Feeding System
The extra-large feeding hopper allows direct feeding of whole logs, branches, straw bales and large waste wood. Reinforced lining plates enhance impact and wear resistance. Our shredder machine can be equipped with independent hoppers and belt conveyors for continuous automatic feeding.

Will hard objects such as iron nails and stones damage blades or cutter shafts?
No. The industrial waste shredder is equipped with complete hydraulic overload protection and intelligent reverse control. The electric control system instantly identifies abnormal load and triggers reverse discharging to isolate hard impurities, protecting blades, shafts and reducers from impact damage. This protection system greatly reduces failure rates for impurity-rich raw materials.
How about blade maintenance and overall operating cost?
Blades adopt modular assembled design for independent disassembly and replacement without integral replacement. Reversible and regrindable blades effectively reduce long-term consumable expenses. Heavy-duty cutter rollers, bearings and sealing components require only regular lubrication and daily cleaning. Simple maintenance and stable performance ensure low comprehensive operating costs.
