When paired with MZLH pellet mills, it forms a full workflow: shredding → fine crushing → pelleting → cooling → screening, significantly lifting the whole raw material processing capacity.

Built with a heavy-duty horizontal twin-shaft shearing structure and modular high-strength construction, this versatile unit runs steadily and continuously for long periods under tough, complicated working environments.

The frame is fully welded with thick steel plates and treated by stress-relief annealing for high overall rigidity and anti-deformation performance. The fully enclosed heavy housing provides excellent impact resistance and prevents material splashing. The integrated base structure reduces vibration and ensures stable operation.

As the core working component, the twin counter-rotating shafts are forged from high-strength alloy steel with quenching and tempering treatment. The staggered cutter teeth realize combined crushing effects of shearing, tearing and extruding.

The assembled cutter blades are made of special wear-resistant alloy steel with quenching and precision machining to guarantee sharp cutting performance. Fixed by wedges or bolts, blades can be disassembled and replaced quickly.

Driven by dual independent motors and heavy-duty hard-tooth reducers, the heavy duty shredder features strong power output, high torque and high transmission efficiency. Low rotating speed ensures low noise and minimal dust emission during operation.

Equipped with a hydraulic station and hydraulic overload protection device. When encountering uncrushable hard objects such as iron blocks and stones, the industrial waste shredder automatically reverses and discharges materials to protect cutter shafts, blades and reducers from severe damage.

Designed with low speed and high torque twin-shaft shearing principle, the industrial shredder machine delivers outstanding crushing performance for high-toughness, high-fiber and oversized irregular materials. It easily processes waste wood, construction templates, straw bales, palm fiber, waste plastics, rubber and industrial garbage.

The combined shearing, tearing and extruding crushing method effectively avoids material jamming and winding, with far higher efficiency than single-shaft shredders.

Built-in hydraulic automatic reverse protection system. Once the system detects sudden load changes caused by metal stones and hard impurities, the cutter rollers reverse instantly to discharge foreign matters, then resume normal operation automatically. It thoroughly solves stalling, shaft breakage and blade damage, perfectly adapting to impurity-rich biomass pre-treatment.

High wear-resistant alloy blades ensure long service life. Modular assembled structure allows single-blade replacement without whole-group disassembly. Worn blades can be flipped or reground for repeated use, greatly cutting consumable costs. High-strength anti-deformation cutter rollers support long-duration heavy-duty continuous operation.
