Pellets produced by the shrimp feed pellet machine feature the following advantages:

  • Stable granules with high durability (low PDI) and minimal dust; they do not disintegrate after prolonged immersion in water, thereby preventing water pollution;
  • The starch content is fully gelatinized, facilitating digestion and absorption by shrimp, increasing feed intake, and reducing feed waste.

Equipped with a widened polished stainless steel hopper for anti-sticking and smooth feeding. The independent variable-frequency screw enables stepless speed adjustment to match different formulas and production capacities. A top magnetic iron remover effectively eliminates metal impurities and protects ring dies and rollers.

Equipped with a standard three-stage conditioner, it ensures the finished product meets required cooking standards. The barrel and paddles are constructed from 304 stainless steel; the staggered paddle arrangement extends material retention time, allowing for precise temperature control while ensuring thorough gelatinization and sterilization of raw materials—making it suitable for processing high-protein, high-fat shrimp feed formulations.

Adopts 42CrMo carburized alloy ring die and aquaculture-specific optimized rollers, perfectly matching the compression ratio for fine shrimp pellets. The quick-clamp ring die structure enables fast die replacement. High-strength alloy gear transmission ensures low noise and stable operation. Thin cutting blades deliver clean pellet cuts with minimal fines.

Equipped with a Siemens main motor—with optional 6-pole or 8-pole low-speed, high-torque configurations—it effortlessly handles high compression ratios. Features such as PLC control, automatic lubrication, and fault self-diagnosis enhance operational safety; the unit can also be integrated into a complete feed production line for coordinated control.

The shrimp feed pellet mill is fitted with a triple-layer conditioner to secure adequate maturation and gelatinization for better pellet forming and higher output of small-size shrimp feed. An optional post-conditioner provides secondary thermal treatment for further material maturation.

The ring die compression ratio and roller structure are optimized for 1–3mm micro pellets. It achieves a pellet forming rate over 98% with low fines, upgrading commercial feed quality.

Our shrimp feed making machine processes high-protein and high-fat formulas such as soybean meal, fish meal, peanut meal, fermented plant protein and shrimp shell powder. Variable-frequency feeding prevents blockage and die adhesion.

Carburized alloy ring dies and rollers extend service life; quick-release design speeds up die change and cleaning. Specially configured low-speed, high-torque 6-pole or 8-pole motors support high-compression forming requirements.
