SZLH250 Small Animal Feed Machine
As the entry-level model, the SZLH250 features compact output, easy installation and wide compatibility, which is widely adopted by startup small animal feed pellet machine and family farms.
Animal feed production
Compact in size and low in noise, the small feed pellet mill is ideal for limited-space production with simplified installation. Consistent with other SZLH models, it manufactures feed pellets for poultry (chicken, duck, goose), livestock (pig, cattle, sheep) and aquatic products (fish, shrimp, crab), delivering powerful functionality in a small footprint.

Equipment Structure
Featuring a mature, compact integrated industrial design, the SZLH250 consists of six core modules: feeding, conditioning, pelleting, transmission, discharging & cooling, and electric control.

Variable-Frequency Feeding System
Mounted on the top, the feeding system is the initial stage of pelleting. Adopting premium variable-pitch spiral and variable-frequency feeding design, it accurately adjusts feeding speed according to production demands. Raw materials are fed evenly and stably to avoid blockage, material interruption and uneven feeding, ensuring smooth daily operation.
High-Efficiency Conditioning System
Located under the feeder, the conditioner acts as a material maturation chamber. Built with a stainless steel conditioning chamber and blade stirring structure, it is critical for premium pellet quality. By steam injection, it heats, humidifies and pre-cooks powder materials to achieve gelatinization and softening. This process realizes sterilization, smoothens subsequent extrusion and improves animal digestion and absorption.
Core Pelleting System
Serving as the core component, it is composed of ring die, press rollers and cutting blades for raw material compression and forming. The ring die and press rollers are key wearing parts. RICHI adopts customized 42CrMo alloy steel ring dies with carburizing heat treatment for superior wear resistance and lower replacement costs.
Uniform die holes ensure smooth discharging;
Dual press rollers provide sufficient and balanced pressure for stable forming;
Adjustable cutting blades deliver uniform pellet length and neat finished products.
Heavy-Duty Transmission System
Installed on the machine side, the transmission system includes a motor and transmission device. Supported by a high-power motor and precision gearbox, it improves transmission efficiency, reduces noise, ensures long-hour stable operation, lowers energy consumption and extends service life.
Discharging & Cooling
Hot pellets are discharged and initially cooled in the lower cooling section. Cooled pellets prevent adhesion and moisture reversion, with higher hardness for convenient storage and transportation. The robust, shockproof frame and discharging structure guarantee fast, smooth pellet output and long-term equipment durability.
Intelligent Electric Control System
Housed in an independent control cabinet, the electric control system integrates one-key start-stop, speed regulation and overload protection. With a user-friendly intuitive interface, the small animal feed machine features simple operation, guaranteed operational safety and automated high-efficiency production.

Crushing
Screened raw materials are ground into qualified particle size via water drop hammer mills, vertical grinders and small crushing equipment.
Mixing

Pelleting
Raw materials are conveyed by variable-frequency feeders to conditioners for steam humidification and maturation, then pressed into pellets in the pelleting chamber.
Cooling
Fresh pellets are hot and soft; a counterflow cooler reduces their temperature and hardness increases for safe storage.
Screening
Fines and unqualified pellets are separated and returned for re-processing, ensuring consistent quality.
