  • Export standard: Complete supporting pretreatment and dust removal systems can produce pellets that meet EU ENplus certification standards;

Straw powder has extremely low bulk density and easily forms bridging blockage inside silos. Standard vibratory arch breaker and mechanical forced feeding device ensures continuous and uniform feeding without shutdown caused by material hanging.

Straw contains high silicon which easily causes severe abrasion. The thickened heat-treated alloy mold extends the service life of wearing parts by over 30% compared with ordinary carbon steel molds. Ring dies with 4–12 mm apertures are interchangeable for different pellet sizes.

High-temperature steam softens straw fiber and activates internal natural lignin for self-bonding without extra glue. Temperature can be adjusted separately for feed pellets and fuel pellets.

Standard built-in arch-breaking forced feeding mechanism completely solves light fluffy straw bridging and blockage, supporting round-the-clock stable production. High-hardness alloy ring die resists silicon abrasion and extends service life of vulnerable parts.

One machine can process corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, rapeseed stalk, alfalfa and other fiber materials. It can also switch to produce wood pellets by replacing ring dies with different compression ratios.

Only adjust conditioner temperature to produce two kinds of pellets: low temperature for nutrition-retaining animal feed pellets, high temperature for high-density fuel pellets.
