What is the maximum powder fineness? Is it adjustable?
The fineness is fully adjustable within 80–3000 mesh (178μm–5μm). Premium models achieve D97 ≤ 5μm ultrafine powder in one operation. The built-in turbo classifier accurately controls particle size via frequency conversion speed regulation. Coarse powder regrinding ensures uniform and consistent finished powder without extra screening.
Can grinding temperature be controlled? Is it suitable for heat-sensitive materials?
Yes. The sealed grinding chamber adopts adjustable cooling water circulation. An optional refrigeration system reduces temperature to -45°C, effectively preventing thermal deterioration of pharmaceutical raw materials, food additives and other heat-sensitive materials, and guaranteeing high-quality final products.
Do SKF bearings require regular maintenance?
Routine maintenance is simple. Regularly check and replenish lubricating oil to avoid dry friction. Clean dust around bearings periodically to prevent particle intrusion into the bearing chamber. Simple daily inspection ensures long-term stable bearing operation.
