Adopting the combined grinding principle of impact, shearing and grinding, the RICHI ultrafine pulverizer is equipped with a built-in classification system. The final powder fineness is freely adjustable from 80 to 3000 mesh. With vertical precision structure and modular layout, the machine is easy to disassemble and maintain. All core components comply with RICHI heavy-duty manufacturing standards.

Fabricated from thickened steel plates with integral welding and stress-relief annealing treatment, the frame delivers high rigidity, stable center of gravity and excellent shock resistance. Standard anchor bases enable flexible installation in workshops and clean production rooms.

Equipped with a variable-frequency feeder for uniform and adjustable feeding volume, effectively preventing grinding chamber blockage caused by overfeeding. A built-in magnetic separator removes metal impurities to protect key components. Anti-rebound baffles are adopted to ensure operational safety.

Features a vertical main shaft with imported SKF bearings, which provide high precision, strong wear and impact resistance, low friction coefficient, low operating temperature and low noise. It fully supports long-term high-intensity continuous operation.

Multi-layer grinding rollers and rings are forged from special wear-resistant alloy for even abrasion and long service life. Some models adopt mosaic alloy wear plates to enhance durability.

The fully sealed grinding chamber reduces dust leakage and material loss. Grinding temperature is adjustable by controlling cooling water. An optional refrigeration system supports low-temperature grinding down to -45°C, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.

A built-in high-speed turbo classifier with variable-frequency speed control precisely adjusts impeller speed for accurate powder screening. Coarse powder falls back for regrinding, while qualified fine powder is delivered to the collecting device along airflow. It ensures uniform particle size and centralized distribution without additional screening equipment.

Combined design of negative pressure pneumatic conveying, cyclone collector and pulse dust remover ensures smooth discharging and zero dust emission. The integrated high-speed classification system enables stepless fineness adjustment from 80 to 3000 mesh. High-end models reach D97 ≤ 5μm in one pass. Centralized particle size distribution and tiny errors fully satisfy high-standard ultrafine powder production.

Under the same power and fineness, its output is over 40% higher than traditional jet mills and stirring mills, with lower energy consumption. A single unit independently meets the capacity needs of extrusion and pelleting lines, simplifying production procedures. Automatic feeding, classification and discharging support continuous unmanned production and greatly reduce overall operation costs.

Grinding rollers and rings made of special wear-resistant alloy achieve 2–5 times longer service life than ordinary grinding equipment. Key parts stably serve for 1–5 years. Imported SKF bearings ensure low failure rates and easy replacement. Wearing parts such as hammers and rollers can be replaced individually to lower maintenance difficulty and cost.

Suitable for non-flammable and brittle materials with Mohs hardness ≤ 7 and moisture below 6%. Widely applicable for feed raw materials, non-metallic minerals, pharmaceutical materials, food additives and chemical raw materials, realizing multi-functional production with one machine.
